Patrick began his career in accounting after attending Loyola University in New Orleans in the mid-1990’s. After college, Patrick worked for a major construction firm as an accountant. After eight years of construction accounting, Patrick changed career paths to the more exciting and rewarding medical services industry. In the mid-2000’s, Patrick was the lead facilitator in a medical recruitment and placement company, primarily focused with Primary Care Physicians, Radiology, and Anesthesiology. He spearheaded physicians staffing for the Department of Transportation (DOT) for the initial creation of Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In July of 2012, Patrick and his business partner opened Potomac Healthcare Alliance. Since then, he manages and oversees multiple successful companies, such as Chronic Pain Treatment Centers, Revive & Thrive Mental Wellness, and Potomac Medical Billing. In Patrick’s downtime, he enjoys traveling in his RV, spending time with his wife, their three children, and their two French bulldogs, Oliver and Penelope.

Gloria began her career in the medical field in 2005. She started off as a medical office assistant and worked hard to branch out into medical billing. Gloria joined the PHA team in 2018 as a medical biller. Gloria now runs the Potomac Medical Billing and credentialing departments. She graduated from Kaplan University in 2012 with an Associate Degree in Health Information Technology. When Gloria is not working, she enjoys woodturning, cooking for her family and friends, and spending time with her many pets.
